Delegates travel up on the CHI-AFT shuttle from Redwater Spaceport. Shuttles leave every two hours from 06:00 the day before the conference. Your pass is your boarding permit.

The conference deck spins at 0.8 g. Breakout sessions in the outer docking spurs are held in microgravity, so secure all personal items.

CHI-SPD sessions are closed to recording and to delegates below clearance level 3. Session content does not exist outside the room.

Guests may attend the exhibition hall and the closing reception. Guest passes require a sponsoring CHI employee and a signed non-disclosure agreement.
